Andrew Collins Presents

The
Questing Conference 2000

"ALTERNATIVE EGYPT"

A Review by Andrew Collins

This year's Questing Conference has been seen as the most successful ever. Nearly 450 delegates squashed into the Jeffery Hall at London's Institute of Education to hear exclusive lectures from some of the world's top exponents of the alternative history field.

The eclectic mix of talks proved to be a winning combination that will ensure stimulating debate for some time to come. Here is a blow by blow account of each one.

Victor Clube

I would like to thank all the speakers for their contribution to the Questing Conference this year.

Thanks also go out to the 'Tribe', viz. Matt Adams and Lisa Mundy, Sue Foster, Wayne Frostick and Amber McCauley, Johnny Merron, Richard Ward, Geoff Webb, Carina Fearnley and Tom.

I would also like to thank Marcus Allen and NEXUS magazine, for sponsoring the event; Caroline Wise from Atlantis Bookshop, Dave Eccott, Mark Foster, Rodney Hale and Catherine Hale.

See you all again next year.
