UPDATE ON THE ARRIVAL OF THE CYGNUS MYSTERY from Andrew Collins Today I heard from a senior spokesman at Duncan Baird Publishers concerning the non arrival of THE CYGNUS MYSTERY, which was scheduled for publication this weekend. Apparently, the printer experienced problems regarding the printing of the cover, which means that copies will not now be delivered to the warehouse until Monday 23 October. This means that I should have them now on Tuesday, 24 October or Wednesday, 25 October. I will post them out the same day I get them. Any further updates, and I will let you know immediately. I obviously apologise for this awful situation, which, as you can imagine, is utterly beyond my control. There is every chance that for the foreseable future, I shall publish my own books again. It was how I started out in the early 1980s, and it is the only way to ensure the complete success of a book. I have a surprise project I'm working on next, but after that I am committed to re-editing my cult classic THE BLACK ALCHEMIST, and writing an entirely new ending based on what happened at the time. This is especially timely as I can reveal that the book is currently being made into a script for a full-length feature film. However, it is only in the prelim stages, and so don't expect it to become the next DA VINCI CODE quite yet.
Did you see the 100th Most Haunted at Michelham Priory in Sussex on Living TV this week? Did you see that chair move? Best example of poltergeist phenomena caught on film so far? Reading Robert Bauval's new book THE EGYPT CODE. It is the culmination of his 25 years of research into the 'Orion Correlation Theory' or OCT as he now likes to call it. I am making careful notes, and will review the book in detail. Another 30 stone structures dating back 11,000 years have been found at Gobekli Tepe in SE Turkey, including statues and carvings of headless human figures (unquestionably related to excarnation) and also 'wild birds' on posts (linked I would surmise with the concept of the cosmic axis). All this has been discovered within the last year! the DVD of 'The Cygnus Mystery' narrated by my good friend Dr Greg Little will be available at the conference. It is 55 minutes long with some great animation.
