LIFETIME
ACHIEVEMENTS
CO-DISCOVERER OF THE LOST CAVES OF GIZA
Andrew is celebrated for his discovery in 2008 of Giza's subterranean cave world, located within sight of the Great Pyramid, and lost for nearly 200 years. The discovery, made jointly with Egyptological researcher Nigel Skinner-Simpson, has brought Andrew world-wide acclaim, the cave system even becoming known as Collins's Caves.

is also the subject of the documentary The

DISCOVERING
THE ORIGINS OF CIVILIZATION
In 1996, in his bestselling book From the Ashes of Angels, Andrew proposed that civilization began in Southeast Turkey and the Near East, the biblical Garden of Eden, and that those responsible were an advanced shamanic group referred to in legend as the Watchers and Nephilim of the book of Enoch, and the Anunna/Anunnaki of Sumerian mythology.
As Andrew was writing his book, archaeologists were uncovering Göbekli Tepe, one of the most important archaeological sites in the world. Here, as Andrew accurately predicted, archaeologists found the birthplace of Western civilization.
Andrew
has since become an accepted authority on the origins and function of Göbekli
Tepe. It features in various of its books including The Cygnus Mystery (2006),
Göbekli Tepe: Genesis of the Gods (2014) and The Cygnus Key: The Denisovan
Legacy, Göbekli Tepe and the Birth of Egypt (2018).

THE AMERICAN GIANT MYSTERY AND THE DENISOVAN LEGACY
In 2014 Andrew exclusively revealed in the book Path of Souls, co-written with Dr Gregory L. Little, that the giant skeletons found in hundreds of Native American mounds were most likely the remains of Denisovan-human hybrids who reached the Americas before the end of the last ice age.
In
2018 it was announced that the forerunners of these hybrids, the Denisovans of
Siberia, were indeed of giant stature, confirming Andrew controversial theories.
Andrew's ideas on the Denisovans and their connection with America's lost population
of giants have since been featured in TV series such as the History Channel's
"Search for the Lost Giants". They now form the basis of what archaeologists
refer to as the Adena elite hypothesis.
Since the discovery of the Denisovans
in 2012, Andrew has become one of the world's leading authorities on the existence
and legacy of this archaic human species. In The Cygnus Key, and also within
new book Denisovan Dawn (co-authored with Dr Gregory L. Little), Andrew
proposes that the Denisovan legacy was responsible for the genesis of civilization
in both the Eurasian and American continents.

CYGNUS - THE SOURCE OF LIFE IN THE COSMOS
Following his first visit to Göbekli Tepe in 2004, Andrew concluded that the site's stone enclosures with their distinctive T-shaped pillars and twin central monoliths were oriented towards the setting of the bright star Deneb in the constellation of Cygnus. His investigations as to why this area of the sky might have been important to the ancients led to the discovery that right across the northern hemisphere Cygnus's cross-like formation of stars were seen as the entrance to a sky world once believed to be the source of life and creation. From this constellation souls emerged into incarnation, and here they would return in death. The route to Cygnus taken both by the souls of the dead and by shamans in trance states is known in North America as the Path of Souls death journey.
In an attempt to understand why Cygnus was seen as the point of cosmic creation by many ancient cultures, Andrew determined that a neutron star named Cygnus X-3 was emitting a unique form of cosmic rays. Andrew has proposed that this cosmic radiation was responsible for sudden advances in evolution within our distant ancestors. This is the story told in his book The Cygnus Mystery (2006).

CYGNUS-GIZA CORRELATION
Working with British engineer Rodney Hale Andrew has established that the three main Pyramids of Giza not only reflect the astronomical positions of the three wing stars of Cygnus, but are also aligned to them on the ground. All three pyramids are locked into the setting of these three Cygnus stars both in the horizontal and vertical planes, thus in all three dimensions.
Above left, the Egyptian sky goddess Nut as the Milky Way, her cosmic womb marked by the Cygnus constellation. Bottom left, the tracks of the three Cygnus wing stars as they set into the three main pyramids of Giza 4500 years ago. Above, the visual alignment of the same three stars, as seen from a vertical perspective, their astronomical positions corresponding with the geographical locations of the Giza pyramids (pic credits: Rodney Hale/Andrew Collins/Yuri Leitch). |
Andrew
proposed that this profound interest in the stars of Cygnus in the ancient Egyptian
mindset was due to the constellation symbolising the cosmic womb of the sky goddess
Nut. She was the mother of Osiris, the god of the dead, with whom every pharaoh
was identified in death. The corpus of literature known as the Pyramid Texts,
found inscribed on the walls of various Old Kingdom pyramids, speak of the pharaoh
as Osiris returning to his mother's womb. This is symbolised in its earthly form
by the deceased's coffin, sarcophagus and burial chamber.
The
matter of Cygnus at Giza is explored in Andrew's books The Cygnus Mystery
(2006), Beneath the Pyramids (2009) and The Cygnus Key (2018).

A PIONEER OF PSYCHIC QUESTING
Andrew Collins is the founder of psychic questing, a discipline utilising quantum consciousness to explore mysteries of the past, find hidden treasures, and solve landscape enigmas. Psychic Questing had its inception in 1979 when Andrew and his colleague Graham Phillips were inspired by psychic information to embark on a historical quest that led to the discovery of a short sword bearing Mary Queen of Scots' personal monogram and an inscription that read "Meonia fore Marye."
Andrew and Graham went on to uncover a seventeenth-century brass casket containing a green jewel linked to the Philosopher's Stone of the alchemists. Since that time Andrew has championed psychic questing as a means of exploring the past, and has written on the subject in books such as The Black Alchemist (1989), The Seventh Sword (1991), The Second Coming (1993) and Twenty-first Century Grail (2002).

BRITAIN'S FIRST UFO ABDUCTION
Andrew began his career as an investigator of the mysteries of this world in the 1970s. He interviewed many witnesses of highly strange UFO encounters. They included the victims to Britain's first recorded alien abduction experience. A family of five - a man, his wife and their three children - were driving along the quiet lanes of Aveley in Essex when they encountered a mysterious aerial object. Shortly afterwards they entered a bank of luminous green mist as the car's headlights and engine failed. They later found that three hours were missing from their lives. Andrew arranged for the father, John Day, to undergo hypnosis with one of London's top hypnotherapists. The results of Andrew's investigations into what became known as the Aveley Abduction were featured in a double issue of the magazine Flying Saucer Review.
Since that time Andrew has continued to be involved in the UFO field of study. He has written various books on the subject including The Circlemakers (1992), Alien Energy (1994) and, most recently, LightQuest: Your Guide to Seeing and Interacting with UFOs, Mystery Lights and Plasma Intelligences (2012).

ALIEN ENCOUNTERS TODAY
Andrew is currently researching the hypothesis that many UFO sightings and encounters with alien entities may be the result of interactions with hyper-dimensional phenomena and intelligences, which may have the ability to manifest in our space-time. These intelligences are referred to as n-beings - the n- referring to the number of potential dimensions involved in their existence.
Andrew holds the view that human evolution may have been influenced by interactions with alien intelligences, supporting the theory of ancient aliens. It was a view held also by the great cosmologist, astronomer and astrophysicist Carl Sagan and it is one still held, of course, by world renowned writer and researcher Erich vön Daniken, author of Chariots of the Gods.
